 Network and Alliances
  |
Networking is an essential feature of our Institute. This happens at an International, Latin American and National level.
The International Network involves a group of first class laboratories or centres around
the world with which our scientists collaborate on a regular basis. This includes visits of
ICDB scientists to their laboratories and vice-versa, carrying out collaborative projects
which in most cases have resulted in joint publications and also provide sophisticated
equipment and laboratory facilities for our Ph.D. students who can thus spend 6 to
18 months at those centres and use extremely expensive last generation equipment
necessary for their projects.
